Adventure racing has really taken off in the UK, but not everyone has the skill set needed to race them safely and enjoyably.

General fitness, core strength, Off-road running, Mountain Biking, Kayaking, Navigation..all areas that demand some expertise in many of the Adventure Racing events, whether they are 1 day or many days in length.
